Camp BEL Fees

Title Cost Description
Day Use $1.25 / Person / Day For groups renting the camp who will not be staying the night. You must also pay any fees for other ammenedies used.
Basic Camping Fee $3.00 / Person / Night Scouting or Guiding Member
$5.00 / Person / Night Non Scouting Member
Deposit (non-refundable, unless we can fill your cancellation) $50.00 Groups of up to 100 people
$150.00 Groups of 100 or more people
For use of: Langford Hall, the Kitchen and the Bunkhouse. $80.00 / Night Plus Basic Camping Fee.
For use of: Grand Howl Hall. $60.00 / Night Plus Basic Camping Fee.
For use of: Grand Howl Hall, Langford Hall, The Kitchen, and the Bunkhouse. $100.00/Night Plus Basic Camping Fee
Meeting Space $40.00 for the day Either Grand Howl Hall or Langford Hall.
Portable Bunk Houses $20 / Night 8 Bunks
$30 / Night 12 Bunks
Cleaning Charges $150.00 minimum and is mandatory for groups over 150 to wax/polish floors and clean bathrooms. NOTE: This charge could apply to smaller groups, should the premises be left unclean.
Other Fees
Camp Bel Badges $2.00 Each
Garbage: $2.50 / Bag Left Please take garbage with you if possible. Recycling container at main doors available at no cost.
Porta John $35.00 / 2 Holes Used Cost per Weekend or event for pumping them out
Canoes w/ Trailer $25.00 / Weekend / Canoe Includes life jackets, paddles, buckets & Throwbags. Must have own Insurance.
$15.00 / Day / Canoe
Rappeling and the Dorchester Rappel Team
if not using Rappel Team you must supply all needed equipment
